Do they carry more than one brand of hearing aids? More brands means more choices. A store that only sells one brand is less likely to offer you the hearing aids that are perfect for your needs and lifestyle.

BBB Accredited

Are they accredited by their local Better Business Bureau? “Questionable” companies don’t get or keep BBB accreditation.
